Waste products briquetting machine is designed for conducting process of pressing dry refuses. The plant permits to receive high quality briquettes from a wide variety of waste products of vegetable origin: sunflower peelings, oil-bearing dirt, parings, sawdust, bark, mill offals, flax scotch, hay, straw, and the further use of produced briquettes like fuel for boilers of different modification groups. Theses briquettes are manufactured without chemical fixages by the method of high pressure.

Boiler for burning oil plant waste products is a combustion chamber for utilization waste products received when processing oil-bearing raw materials (peelings, parings, oil-bearing dirt, preformed peelings). Enough heat energy is released when processing waste products of this production operation that heads for heating heat carriers used for heating premises, processing equipment etc.

Hammer grinder Др is designed for fine grinding of vegetable oil, oilcake after getting oil from it (first and second pressing).

Oil filter МФР is designed for fractionation of vegetable oil and solid phase contained in it that is represented by mechanical particles of oilcake. Nonsoluble mechanical impurities deteriorate the quality of vegetable oil.

Dryer СБ is designed for continuous dehumidification of gritted raw materials before their briquetting: sawdust, oil plant peelings.
