Boiler for burning waste products
Boiler for burning oil plant waste products is a combustion chamber for utilization waste products received when processing oil-bearing raw materials (peelings, paring, oil-bearing dirt, preformed peelings). Enough heat energy is released when processing waste products of this production operation that heads for heating heat carriers used for heating premises, processing equipment etc. Heat carriers used for heating premises do not have any ozone depleters. Communal and farm enterprises that produce vegetable oil are main users of the boiler for burning.
Fuel for the boiler are waste products produced during the processing of oil-bearing raw materials, namely: peelings, preformed peelings, paring, oil-bearing dirt. It is possible to utilize waste products of woodworking enterprises, sawdust, chip scrap or directly fuelwood if there are not enough the aforementioned waste products.
Boiler for burning consists from receiving bin, grate grass, fuel thermal decomposition chamber, generator gas secondary-combustion space, multiple-turn heat-exchanging unit for heat carrier, installation for air blow through the boiler. There is a base stand at the bottom of the boiler in the form of welded metal frame on which all other parts of the boiler are mounted. Secondary-combustion space is insulated on the outside with heat-insulating material.
Boiler for burning operating principle: Fuel (waste products, peelings, oil-bearing dirt, waste wood) is poured into the boiler receiving bin. Fuel continuously comes into the boiler through special feed-control device and gasification (pyrolysis) and practically full conversion of fuel into combustible gas happen there. Hot gas flame body heads for secondary-combustion space where happens heating of the heat carrier at the expense of incineration of combustible gas (generator) combustion value. Heat carrier circles through multiple-turn heat-exchanging unit which is located directly in the secondary-combustion space.
