      Oil filter МФР is designed for fractionation of vegetable oil and solid phase contained in it that is represented by mechanical particles of oilcake. Nonsoluble mechanical impurities deteriorate the quality of vegetable oil
       Principle of vegetable oil depuration from mechanical impurities in the oil filter consist of filtering oil through porous lay of filter fabric (“belting”).
       Oil filter consists of a set of platens and frames. Surface of the platen is perforated. Blankets of filter fabric are put on the frames.
       Platens have holes that make up an open-ended channel to which filtering oil is fed. The oil comes through the platen with filtering blanket put on it. Mechanical impurities remain on the surface of filter blanket. The oil passes through the fabric and through frame discharge hole to suitable oil-duct and then to filterable oil reservoir.
        Platens and frames with filter blankets put on them are pressed to each other with the help of hand-feed screw chuck.
        Platens and frames are located on the bed plate of frame type that serves as a carry part of the oil filter.
        Vegetable oil is fed to filtration by motor pump located on the oil filter bed plate.
