Dryer

        Dryer is designed for continuous dehumidification of gritted raw materials before their briquetting: sawdust, oil plant peelings. Dryer running has to be carried out in enclosed premises with the installation of filtered aspiration system.
        Dryer consists of a drum bordered with a feed bin and a power generator.
        Main part of the dryer is an inclined rotating cylindrical barrel. There are special checker fillings installed inside the barrel that insures its even and good distribution of the material. Dryer agent is hot air. Power generator produces heating of drying agent. There are some blades inside the whole of the barrel which contribute to intermixing of the drying product and simultaneous moving it to the discharge hole. Blades grip and lift the material when the barrel is rotating and then when this material falling down it is washed with hot air. Dried material being continuously intermixed is moved to the emptying device. Additional intermixing of the product and distribution of hot air ensure inner axle of the barrel. Dried material is automatically moved away through the discharge hole.
