Shaker screen

Shaker screen is designed for primary vegetable oil purification from slough fractions after receiving it by pressing.
Shaker screen consist of:
- Carrying frame;
- Deck plate with screen plate;
- Resiliently supported base for supporting vibrating mechanism.
Deck plate with cant screen plate is fixed to resiliently supported secure on the base carrying frame.
Screen plate is a metal frame with mesh wire fixed to it which has 21 strings per 1 cm.
Vibrating mechanism is made in the form of load blocks fixed eccentric to the axle which is operated by an electric motor. Vibratory motion is transmitted from the vibrating mechanism to the deck plate with screen plate fixed to it. The oil that comes to the screen plate filtrates through it and slough fractions run along the slide of the screen plate because of vibration and caking comes to the receiving cone.
