Fire-pan ЖЗУ

Fire-pans ЖЗУ are designed for preparation oilseeds and their oil-cakes for extraction of vegetable oil by the method of their humidity and heat processing in the tubs of fire-pans that is performed by one-stage or two-stage pressing process is performed. The objective of humidity and heat processing process is to cause certain physical and chemical changes of raw material and change of its particles structure for getting the best effect when getting oil from it. Besides, some additional chemical changes occur sometimes that ensure receiving products of the highest quality (for a example, when soy seeds are being processed, changes of some proteins and removal of cacodorous stuff with moisture).

It is possible to formulate the requirements that have to be put to the characteristics of the raw material (internal structure, external structure, structural and mechanical characteristics) for providing the fullest oil extraction from it on the basis of the working knowledge of the process of middle and intense oil extraction with the help of auger-type oil presses. Particles of the pressed material have to be mostly homogeneous in its thickness to ensure that separate layers of each particle are not in different conditions during pressing and the results of external mechanical effect on them are the same. Also the amount of unhurt cells in the pressed material has to be minimal. This is the requirement to manufacturing schemes when oil nuclear is pressed.

Size of the particles in the pressed material has to be in the optimal limits. If the size of the particles is too big, it is impossible to satisfy the requirement of minimal amount of unhurt cells. If the size of the particles or some part of the pulp particles is too small, it is difficult to push the pressed material from the thickness of the pressed material. Small pulp particles deteriorate flow dynamics of oil discharge, plug oil discharge channels and oil washes them when discharging. A fire-pan is installed on the lower frame that is made from beam channel. Every bottom of the fire-pan tub has a chamberе heating agent – steam or mineral oil. There is an agitator fixed to a vertical axle in each fire-pan tub. The axle is driven by a gear motor which is installed at the upper part of the fire-pan. The gear motor drive-shaft and fire-pan axle are connected with a muff.

A fire-pan is installed on the lower frame that is made from beam channel. Every bottom of the fire-pan tub has a chamberе heating agent – steam or mineral oil. There is an agitator fixed to a vertical axle in each fire-pan tub. The axle is driven by a gear motor which is installed at the upper part of the fire-pan. The gear motor drive-shaft and fire-pan axle are connected with a muff.

Heating agent heating (mineral oil) is carried out by electric fire-bar elements (they are the elements of the fie-pan set). The operation principle of a fire-pan is as follows: seeds are uniformly yielded through the upper chute and with the help of an agitator are dispensed in the first fire-pan tub. When the given level is achieved (2/3 of the tub height) seeds are interlarded into the next tub. Seeds are heated by the heat carrier through each tub bottom. Heat carrier may be steam or mineral oil with the temperature not lower than 180 oC.

Fire-pans ЖЗУ are designed for exploitation in enclosed spaces. Oilseeds, oil ground sunflower core or oilcakes of the first pressing before getting into the fire-pan have to be freed from dirt (dirt content has to be not more than 1%) and metal contamination (none) for maintaining required process variables of frying process in the fire-pan. Temperature and humidity of the raw materials received into the fire-pan have to fit the requirements of the technological specified specifications.
